Indemnification
camping tenants, indemnify and hold harmless Camp 417, it’s officers and employees from all claims, liability, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney and other professional fees, for entry to person, loss of life, or damage to property, arising out of tenant exercise of his rights here under, except as may because by the gross negligence or intentional acts of camp 417 or its officers and/or employees.
Liability
Camp 417 will not be held responsible for loss or damage to camping tenants property due to theft, loss, fire, vandalism, any other casualty, wild animals are acts of God or nature, camping tenants expressly assume all risk of such loss or damage, and must carry their own insurance for such losses.
Property damage
any guest that willfully or negligently destroys are harms, campground property or equipment will be held liable for Stud properties, repair or replacement.
Pets
must be on a leash, and you must clean up after them.
Glass Containers
no glass beverage containers of any kind permitted.
Trash bins
campsites must be clean and tidy. There will be trash receptacles located throughout the campground.
Quiet Time
Quiet time 10pm - 7 am
